I got Amazon's print book from Createspace yesterday, and the print quality is...not as good as Lulu's. 
I can't believe it. It looks like someone exported this in 300dpi (instead of 600dpi), which is SHOCKING. Still, I'll make this available in Amazon's store, mostly because you can use the Kindle matchbook program and get the ebook version for $1 if you buy the print version. That said, I'm steering everyone to the Lulu version though, because it has better print quality. Some people don't mind though, but I'll make a note of it. That said, the weirdest thing is that the 0.5" white stripe Amazon forced me to put into the book... is not an issue at all. It actually works BETTER than without that white stripe. Anyway, Part 2 of the ebooks are all up too, and I'm just waiting for Smashwords to approve it for the Apple store.

Thanks for the heads up on Amazon failure. I want to buy a bundle of your books (FINALLY ARGH took forever to get all my prior obligations taken care of), but I definitely want a good print job since I'm ultimately the one who has to look at it!
