6-Nov-15: Well, the proofs for book 2 has come back, so I'll be spending this weekend preparing the book for print! I'll upload it onto Lulu and Amazon, and get a proof printed and shipped to me. I'm also heading to Cairns next week for a week-long trip, so I hope to get all this sorted before then so I can have a nice proof on my table waiting for my approval when I get back. Very exciting, folks!
