This is the companion picture to "Valkyrie Girl", which doesn't actually have a proper name - "Anime Warrior" will do *embaressed look* because that's what I've been calling it all along. It's done for an American company called "UltraPro", which produces deck protectors and all for the gaming scene...Yep.

In terms of the picture itself, I'm not really happy with it. The design elements are weird... I didn't know the company wanted a companion piece to the "Valkyrie Girl", and I must say, both pictures may have turned out differently if it was designed as 2 pieces at the one time (and probably turned out more consistent). The problem is that the Valkyrie Girl was wearing intricate golden armour, which can look kinda gay on a guy. But I had to make it consistent, so I made an effort to add some golden colours to connect it back to the girl picture.

This picture also took WAAAY too long to do. I've been lazy, yes, okay. But I'm glad it's over now... OVERRRR!!

Aw, the gold actually fits in very nicely with the costume. And anime guys tend to look kinda girly and pretty anyway, so that can't be helped ^^; it's a very nice picture. Amazing job!

I think putting the golden tones in the sky behind him was a good choice... it really pulls out the golden tones in the rest of the image ^-^ Lovely shading, too ^-^
